We have a policy to confirm all orders via phone call before shipping. All orders will be dispatched and deliver within 3-5 working days. We regret any delays occurring due to uncertain and unexpected situations.

Cancellation of Order
You have the choice to cancel any order any time but before the order is processed. Once your order has been dispatched for delivery, you will receive confirmation through proper channels i.e, emails and alerts which will contain your order tracking ID and other details. Once the product is has been shipped. the “Return and Exchange Policy” will apply.

Refund Claims
We have “No Refund Policy”. However, refunds may be allowed in exceptional cases wherein the product is out of stock or defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please allow us 14-days for processing your returns.
