• Product (s) can be exchanged within the 7 days from the date of purchase.
• Please note that the product must be unused with the price label attached along with the purchase invoice.
• Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged.
• Differences in color may slightly occur from what is seen on screen due to lighting effects used during photography, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary. Therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason.
• We will only exchange or refund any product(s), if the product(s) received has any kind of manufacturing defect.

Refund Policy
We have “No Refund Policy”. However, refunds may be allowed in exceptional cases wherein the product is out of stock or defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please allow us 14-days for processing your returns.

Cancellation of Order
You have the choice to cancel any order any time before the order is processed. Once your order has been dispatched for delivery, you will receive confirmation through proper channels i,e. emails and alerts which will contain your order tracking ID and other details. If the product has been shipped, the “Return and Exchange Policy” will apply.
